The Dubuque Youth Symphony and Symphony orchestras’ 2008 Concerto Competition is open to students in grades 8-12 who live within a 75-mile radius of Dubuque.
Completed applications are due Friday, Feb. 29, at the Dubuque Symphony Office, 2728 Asbury Road.
